What data is collected and why
Only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email is processed: name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, your message and any files you choose to attach.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, manage the contractual relationship arising from the assignment.
Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if an agreement is reached, performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and performs no profiling whatsoever.
Retention
Data from enquiries that do not lead to an assignment is kept for a maximum of one year. If the contact results in a project, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the statutory tax and accounting retention periods (six years).
Recipients
No data is transferred to third parties except where legally required. The following processors are used, with agreements in place under art. 28 GDPR: Vercel Inc. (Estados Unidos, con cláusulas contractuales tipo de la UE), para el alojamiento del sitio, y Resend (Estados Unidos), para el envío de los correos del formulario. Also the site owner’s email provider.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@cdomingueztrad.com, stating which right you are exercising.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Confidentiality of your documents
Any files you send for a project assessment are treated confidentially, used solely to prepare the quote and never shared with third parties. If the project does not go ahead, they are deleted.
