When I started my collaboration with CoachHub, they were seeking a much-needed upgrade of their localization efforts. Since they had been outsourcing mostly agencies, many different translators had participated in the process, so all their previous translations were inconsistent and disconnected.
Upon starting my collaboration with them, I crafted a global terminology that we started using in all projects to achieve the consistency they needed. I began translating new assets, but also reviewed all previous contents to make them match with their new translation quality standard. I worked on all aspects of CoachHub’s contents — advertising, white papers, internal reports, the platform UI, coaching library articles, the CoachHub mobile app, email templates, PowerPoint presentations for potential clients… — you name it.
In addition to my translation and proofreading tasks, I also helped them with their subtitling needs (by subtitling marketing materials and a series of coaching videos by world-known experts), created a global translation style guide from scratch and collaborated as a language consultant for their product launches in Spain.
